Saturday 27th January 2024 - More Yoga Stamford Brook

Our very first workshop was designed to help our community members plant the seeds for their most joyful, abundant, and exciting year yet.

Through a blend of meditation, yoga, introspective exercises and yoga nidra, participants released the grip of old emotions and invited a sense of freshness and renewal into both body and mind.

We created a workbook filled with introspective exercises that attendees could take home to aid them on their journey off the mat and empower them to create a year filled with clarity and limitless opportunities.
