Community members delved into the basics of Ayurveda, a centuries-old holistic healing system originating from India. Attendees received a workbook to take home, filled with valuable information on understanding and balancing their unique dosha type. They gained insights into how aligning with their doshas can significantly benefit their physical and emotional health.
During the session, participants learned practical techniques to restore balance within themselves and create a supportive home environment tailored to their dosha type. They practiced specific yoga asanas aimed at balancing their doshas, crafted personalized dosha oil blends, and explored Ayurvedic self-massage techniques for relaxation and detoxification. Additionally, they engaged in balancing meditation sessions to foster mental and emotional well-being.
