Join us for an evening of movement, breathwork, and release at our Breathe, Flow, and Shake workshop.

Designed to help you unwind and let go of tension, this two-hour session will guide you through practices that support release.

The workshop will begin with pranayama (breathwork) to center the mind and calm the nervous system. We’ll then transition into a dynamic yoga flow set to an energizing hip hop and R&B soundtrack, designed to free up the body and promote ease of movement. Finally, we’ll engage in shaking, an ancient practice that helps release trapped energy, reducing stress and leaving you feeling lighter and more relaxed.

Whether you’re looking to shake off the week or just want to reconnect with your body, this workshop will offer a powerful way to release & reconnect.

No experience necessary – all levels are welcome!
