After an incredible first collaboration - we are excited to be back at White City House on 3rd December 2024 for an exclusive members-only event: Rhythm and Release 🕺💃

The session will kick off some invigorating pranayama and a dynamic yoga flow to some Hip Hop beats. After the workshop, members have the opportunity to keep the good vibes flowing at the members mixer.
